About Me

I was brought up being allowed to believe that I could achieve anything I wanted and was fortunate enough to have people that supported me in the choices I made.  It was not always easy, and I didn't always get it right first time, but through my learnings I gained invaluable experience which I have shared with many of my colleagues and pupils through my careers, both in the corporate world and the education sector.   

Witnessing many forms of management and teaching in a varied and interesting portfolio career, I have been able to draw on the positive experiences and learn from those that have not been so constructive.  Reflecting back I now see that in all the scenarios I found myself in, I really did have a choice and that my destiny was up to me. 

Fast forward a few years and having qualified as a Professional Coach I now specialise in helping people reach their potential at any stage of life.  I am experienced in supporting and developing people's skills to achieve and exceed personal goals and have helped many individuals from youth to adult, by providing the tools and techniques to empower all.

I live on the Isle of Wight with my family and our rescue dog and we can often be found either walking the beaches or countryside on the Island or on the water going around it.
