Youth Conversations

Having worked in schools and educational settings for over 15 years I noticed the ever growing need for open conversations where children can feel safe to talk about their ambitions and concerns.  Expectations of themselves, peer pressure, fitting in and growing up can all throw in obstacles that can manifest into negative feelings.  Through coaching I help young people develop the skills they need to manage tricky situations and lead a fulfilling life by looking at confidence, resilience, communication and self-awareness.

It is natural for a parent to worry about their child and whether they are happy, finding the right path or if they need guidance but it is not always easy, as a parent, to be able to have those conversations and that is where youth coaching can help.  By offering a safe space and impartial support I allow young people to speak openly about anything they want and we then work together to find solutions that they can not only use in the present, but long into the future as well.

If we can imbed early on, tools and techniques to help navigate growing up then we can encourage sustainable growth for the future of our young people.
